For Emöke Sogenbits it's all about people

Emöke Sogenbits, the CEO of Hanza Cluster Baltics, has worked all over the world before she joined HANZA in Estonia. While there, she managed to revive the struggling factory in Tartu, and turn it into a profit-generating location. How did she manage to achieve that? By giving her employees a vision and motivation. Furthermore, Emöke Sogenbits stresses good vocational education. She reveals, "low salaries in manufacturing are a myth".
